Order Limitations

To ensure fair access to our products, we may set limits on the maximum purchase quantity per SKU based on supply conditions.

Shipping Fees

We offer free ground shipping within the U.S. on orders over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat rate starting at $8.

Order Processing and Shipment

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. All orders are shipped via ground delivery.

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at team@matchasnobs.com as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request, but once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to us at team@matchasnobs.com. We’re happy to assist and will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
